After completing her apprenticeship and earning her Level 5 qualification while excelling as an Assistant Manager in care, Jade has joined our team as a Care Assessor.
Her mission? To support learners ranging from Level 2 to Level 5 on their paths to success.
We had an enlightening conversation with Jade about her remarkable journey!
Why Jade Chose Dynamo

One of Jade’s favourite aspects of her training was being able to apply her newfound skills immediately in her role. The support she received helped her implement positive changes as an Assistant Manager, boosting her confidence while strengthening her skills and knowledge.
Facing Challenges Head-On
Like many of our learners, Jade balanced her studies with work and home responsibilities. “There were countless evenings spent working late to finish assignments and meet deadlines,” she recalls. “It took a lot of commitment and determination, but looking back, I can confidently say it was absolutely worth it!”
Elevating to Level 5
Jade chose to advance to Level 5 because she was eager to make a substantial impact in her role. “I am passionate about providing high-quality care,” she explains, underscoring her commitment to professional growth and personal development to serve those around her better.
When she successfully passed her qualification, it filled her with an overwhelming sense of relief, pride, and accomplishment.
Embracing the Assessor Role
Having been on the other side as a learner, Jade understands the power of great assessors. This inspired her to step into the role herself. She is dedicated to nurturing and guiding the next generation of exceptional care professionals.
In her first few weeks, Jade has already witnessed her learners achieving crucial milestones. “Watching individuals grow in confidence, develop their skills, and progress through their qualifications is genuinely inspiring and incredibly rewarding,” she expresses.
